This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and payments are handled for services offered by Artemis Animal Healing. Our intention is to keep all processes transparent, fair, and respectful.
1. Nature of Services
All services are delivered digitally through online platforms. No physical products are sold or shipped.
Services include:
- One-to-one sessions via video call (Zoom or similar platforms)
- Digital courses hosted on Podia
- Community membership (Animal Intuitives Community)
2. One-to-One Sessions
Payment Model
Payment is requested only after completion of each session. If a client is dissatisfied with the session, they may choose not to proceed with payment. In such cases, no invoice will be issued.
Cancellations by Client
- Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule
- No cancellation fees apply when proper notice is given
- Sessions may be rescheduled subject to availability
No-Shows
- If a client does not join within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session will be marked as a no-show
- Clients may book a new appointment subject to availability
- No payment is charged for no-shows
Cancellations by Us
We will provide at least 24 hours notice when possible. In cases of emergency, technical failure, or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative dates.
3. Digital Courses
Payment
Digital courses are hosted on Podia and may be purchased through:
- PayPal for international users (payment processed directly on Podia)
- Razorpay for Indian users (contact us directly for payment link and course access)
No Refunds Policy
All digital course purchases are final and non-refundable.
Due to payment processing limitations and the nature of digital products where full access is granted immediately upon purchase, we are unable to process refunds.

- Sample lessons are available for preview on the course page
- Course descriptions clearly outline what is included
- We strongly encourage you to review all available sample content before making a purchase decision

4. Community Membership
Access to the Animal Intuitives Community (hosted on Podia) follows the same payment and refund terms as digital courses. Membership fees are non-refundable once access has been granted.
5. Non-Transferability
Sessions, course access, and community memberships are non-transferable to other individuals unless expressly agreed in writing.
6. Payment Processing
All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways:
- Razorpay (for Indian rupee transactions)
- PayPal (for international transactions)
We do not store any payment card or banking information. All payment data is handled by the respective payment provider.
7. Dispute Resolution
We value open communication. If you have concerns about any service, please contact us directly at info@wayofartemis.com so we may address them in good faith.
8. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
