Welcome to Artemis Animal Healing (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using this website and our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

1. Nature of Services

All services offered through this website are provided digitally and remotely via online platforms such as Zoom or similar tools. No physical products are sold or delivered.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • One-to-one sessions
  • Digital courses
  • Mentorship or guidance programs
  • Community membership

All services are experiential, educational, or supportive in nature and are not a substitute for veterinary care, medical advice, or professional counseling.

2. Important Disclaimer

Our services do not replace veterinary care. If your animal is experiencing health issues, behavioral problems, or any concerning symptoms, please consult a licensed veterinarian immediately. Our work is complementary and supportive in nature and should not be used as a replacement for professional veterinary diagnosis or treatment.

3. Booking & Scheduling

Appointments may be scheduled using third-party platforms including but not limited to Setmore or similar scheduling tools. Use of such platforms is subject to their respective terms, privacy policies, and service conditions. We do not control or store data submitted on third-party platforms.

Cancellation Policy

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session
  • Sessions may be rescheduled subject to availability
  • We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate scheduling changes when possible

No-Shows & Late Arrivals

  • If a client does not join the session within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session will be marked as a no-show and the call will be closed
  • Clients who no-show may book a new appointment subject to availability
  • If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, we will do our best to accommodate a shortened session, but a reschedule is recommended to ensure adequate time
  • Sessions must end on time to respect subsequent appointments

Our Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours notice whenever possible. In cases of personal emergency, medical crisis, force majeure, or technical failure, we will notify clients as soon as reasonably possible and offer alternative dates.

4. Payments

Payments are processed exclusively through third-party payment gateways including but not limited to:

  • Razorpay (India)
  • PayPal (International)

We do not collect, process, or store any card, banking, or payment information on our servers. All transactions are governed by the terms and privacy policies of the respective payment providers.

5. Billing Model

Payment is requested only after completion of a session or delivery of a service. Agreement to invoice is confirmed during the session itself.

If a client is dissatisfied with a session or if a session does not take place, no invoice will be issued.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Since payment is requested only after service delivery, refund scenarios are generally not applicable for one-to-one sessions.

Clients may cancel sessions at any time prior to service delivery without penalty, provided cancellation notice requirements are met.

If any prepaid digital product or program is offered in the future, refund terms will be clearly specified at the time of purchase.

7. Digital Courses & Community Platform

Digital courses and the Animal Intuitives Community are hosted on Podia. Any data collected on this platform, including account creation, deletion, and user information, is governed solely by Podia’s privacy policy, terms of service, and data protection practices. We do not control or store user data collected by Podia.

Course Payments & Refunds

  • International users may purchase courses directly through Podia using PayPal
  • Indian users may contact us directly for payment via Razorpay
  • Sample lessons are available for preview before purchase
  • All course sales are final and non-refundable. Due to payment processing limitations and the nature of digital products where access is granted immediately upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds
  • We strongly encourage you to preview all available sample content before making a purchase decision

Access to courses and community membership is subject to compliance with community guidelines and these Terms and Conditions.

8. Data Collection

This website itself does not collect personal information directly.

However, interaction with third-party services such as scheduling tools, email platforms, course platforms, or payment gateways is subject to those providers’ data collection and privacy practices.

9. Third-Party Services

Use of services such as:

  • Zoom
  • Setmore
  • Kit (formerly ConvertKit)
  • Google services
  • Podia
  • Razorpay
  • PayPal

is governed by the terms, privacy policies, and operational practices of those respective companies. We are not responsible for their data handling, service availability, or security practices.

10. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate a session, or discontinue a client relationship at our sole discretion in cases including but not limited to:

  • Abusive, threatening, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior
  • Conduct that violates professional boundaries or creates an unsafe environment
  • Suspected animal abuse, neglect, or harm (which may be reported to relevant authorities)
  • Repeated violations of session policies or community guidelines
  • Any behavior that compromises safety, professional integrity, or the well-being of others

In such cases, no payment will be requested and no refund will be issued for services already rendered.

11. Disclaimer of Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific outcomes from any session, course, or service. Results depend on individual circumstances, participation, commitment, and interpretation.

All services are offered in good faith and are not a substitute for veterinary, medical, psychological, legal, or other professional advice.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, graphics, audio, video, course materials, and branding is the intellectual property of Artemis Animal Healing and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Indian law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.

15. Age Requirement

Our services are intended for adults (18 years and older). If you are under 18, you may only use our services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The effective date will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
